With a goal of providing more than $1 million in donations and a speedier response to disasters, the veterinary industry has just announced a new proactive program. The Paws to Save Pets Campaign will generate proceeds to help fund both the PetFInders.com Foundation and the American Veterinary Medical Foundation. It is hoped that this new incentive will help to provide some measure of comfort to pet owners worried about disasters.
